Collection Officer

About the role

We are looking for a candidate who is mature, understands the criticality of the job, has the ability to speak persuasively and listen critically as the position involves exposure to financial information of International clients. We need a result oriented person who can look forward to a rewarding job and fair earnings.

What you'll do

• Call and follow up on allocated cases under the overdue payments
• Review, follow and update all the allocated cases. Collect payments and curb the overdue payment accounts
• Follow the standard operating procedures as set up by the company
• Seek HELP, ASK wherever in doubt & ESCALATE wherever required

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• SOP writing
• Collections
• Voice process
• Any graduate
