Collection Officer

About the role

As a Collection Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the recovery of outstanding payments and improving customer relations. Your responsibilities will include fieldwork, follow-ups on overdue payments, and negotiating settlements, all aimed at achieving efficient loan recovery and delinquency management.

What you'll do

• Conduct field collections to recover overdue payments and outstanding debts
• Engage in collection calling and follow up with customers regarding EMI reminders and payment due dates
• Negotiate payment settlements with customers to resolve their overdue accounts effectively
• Track payments and maintain accurate records of all interactions and collection activities
• Build strong relationships with customers to facilitate communication and improve collection outcomes

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience
• Negotiation
• Collections
• Class 12
