Collection Officer

About the role

As a Collection Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing overdue payments and ensuring timely collections from customers. This position involves engaging in fieldwork, conducting EMI follow-ups, and maintaining customer relations to facilitate effective payment negotiations and delinquency management.

What you'll do

• Conduct field collections to recover outstanding payments and overdue amounts
• Follow up with customers regarding EMI payments and overdue accounts
• Negotiate payment settlements with customers to resolve delinquent accounts
• Manage collection calling to remind customers of their payment obligations
• Maintain accurate records of payment tracking and collection efforts
