About the role

A Collection Officer is responsible for managing overdue payments, contacting customers for payment recovery, maintaining records, and ensuring timely collection while maintaining positive customer relationships.

What you'll do

  • Contact customers through calls, emails, or visits regarding pending payments
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts
  • Negotiate repayment plans with customers as per company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, and Operations
