Collection Officer

About the role

As a Collection Officer, you will be responsible for EMI follow-up, overdue payment recovery, loan recovery, and field collections. You will be conducting payment tracking, customer follow-up, and negotiating payment settlements.

What you'll do

• Recover outstanding payments and delinquent accounts
• Conduct field visits for collection calling and customer relations
• Manage delinquency effectively to ensure high collection rates
• Follow up on overdue payments and outstanding balances
• Negotiate payment and settlement terms with customers

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience
• Collections
• Negotiation
• Class 12
