About the role

As a Collection Officer, you will be responsible for debt Recovery, Outstanding Payment Collection, EMI Follow-up, and other tasks related to delinquency management and loan recovery in the field.

What you'll do

  • Conducting payment tracking and settlement negotiation with customers
  • Following up on overdue payments and outstanding balances
  • Managing delinquency and ensuring loan recovery
  • Building and maintaining customer relations through regular follow-ups
  • Handling collection calls and field collections effectively

What you need

  • 0–2 yrs of experience
