About the role

As a Collection Officer, you will be responsible for EBT recovery, outstanding payment collection, EMI follow-up, overdue payment recovery, customer follow-up, payment negotiation, delinquency management, loan recovery, collection calling, field collections, payment tracking, and maintaining customer relations.

What you'll do

  • Recover outstanding payments through field work
  • Follow-up on EMI payments
  • Negotiate and settle payments with customers
  • Manage delinquency and recover loans effectively
  • Build a strong relationship with customers
