What you'll do
- Customers ko pending EMI/loan payment ke liye calling karna
- Customer se PTP (Promise to Pay) lena aur timely follow-up karna
- Payment status aur customer remarks ko MIS/CRM mein update karna
- Unpaid/overdue customers ka regular follow-up karna
- Customer queries aur payment issues ko professionally handle karna

- 1–3 yrs of experience
- Excel
- Coordination
- MIS reporting
- CRM
- Any graduate
