Collections Analyst - Campaign Management

About the role

As a Collection Analyst – Campaign Management & MIS at Branch International, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of collections campaigns and performance reporting. The role will involve setting up and maintaining campaigns across collection channels, implementing campaign changes based on business and management decisions, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring accurate and timely collections MIS.

What you'll do

• Set up and manage collections campaigns across different delinquency buckets, customer segments, and communication channels
• Implement campaign changes in line with collection strategies and management decisions
• Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and within agreed timelines
• Perform appropriate checks and validations before and after campaign changes to minimize configuration or execution errors
• Maintain a structured tracker of campaigns, configurations, changes, and implementation dates
