Collections Executive

About the role

As a Collections Executive, you will be an integral part of our back-office operations, working closely with the Customer Care Executive (CCE) team. Your primary responsibility is to manage and oversee the collection process for our domestic BFSI clients, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

What you'll do

• Be an integral part of our back-office operations, working closely with the Customer Care Executive (CCE) team
• Be the key point of contact for customers regarding their collections and payments
• Manage and oversee the collection process for domestic BFSI clients
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses regarding collections and payments
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of collection data and maintain detailed records
