Managing the assigned portfolio by driving the collections team
Ensure implementation of Collections Strategies
Recruiting and Training In house as well as outbound teams
Identification and empanelment of Collection agencies to ensure proper collections coverage
Ensure field collection visits to customers for achieving resolution of allocated accounts
