What you'll do

• Process Management: Judiciously empanel agencies post market checks/feedbacks; submit agency process tracker within deadlines; manage yards for repossessed assets
• Manage and deliver on key portfolio indicators, devising and implementing strategies to achieve resolution rates as per targets
• Execute collection strategies implemented by ACLM/RCLM/ZCLM
• Ensure collection efficiencies and digital payments targets are achieved
• Ensure adherence to all laid down processes without deviations, with checks and balances for smooth process adherence
