Collections Specialist

About the role

We have a wealth of knowledge within the team which have been with the company from 1 year to 6 years. 9 hours shift basically 2p.m to 11p.m, but the shift time may vary (Mostly US shift) as per business requirement. We comply with applicable laws and regulations governing non-discrimination in all locations.

What you'll do

• Provide appropriate support/copy documentation, as requested by clients, or required to support claim for payment
• Research client queries and provide appropriate responses in a timely manner
• Interact with both internal and external colleagues/customers to facilitate resolution of any issues raised and negotiate to bring payment into line with terms

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Collections
• Reconciliation
• Accounts receivable
• Sales
• Negotiation
• Statistics
• MBA or B.Com or BBA
