What you'll do

• Receive an email to complete a virtual interview via our online interviewing platform/tool, “Harver”
• Transport facility (As per policy and shift) - Transportation provided Working 5 days/week In This Role
• Handle inbound calls from debtors and provide payment solutions
• Explain payment plans and the importance of timely payments
• Update account notes accurately and adjust statuses per guidelines

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience

• Diploma or Class 12
