About the role

The Commercial Excellence Director is a broad, generalist role supporting reach52's commercial and business operations engine. The candidate works cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Group Operations, moving fluidly between analytics, strategy, and execution as business priorities shift.

What you'll do

• This is a broad, cross-functional role built for someone who can pick up any commercial or operational priority as it comes up, working closely across Sales, Marketing
• Support the Head of India and leadership team on key commercial initiatives, strategic projects, and business priorities
• Drive cross-functional initiatives by coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other teams
• Drive business development and licensing, portfolio strategy, innovative partnerships, and other growth orientated tasks
• Lead execution of key initiatives, action items, and business improvement plans
