About the role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Finance professional to lead Finance partnering for our East business This is a business-facing role that combines commercial business partnering, planning and performance management, team leadership and strong financial governance .

What you'll do

  • Planning & Performance: Lead budgeting, forecasting and short- and long-range financial planning ; identify key performance drivers
  • Operational & Financial Governance: Ensure strong oversight of month-end activities, financial reporting, commercial controls, compliance and governance
  • Transformation & Simplification: Drive process improvement, standardization and automation of recurring Finance activities
