Commercial Lease Administrator

About the role

The Commercial Lease Administrator supports U.S.-based real estate investors and operators by managing lease data, financial obligations, and reporting within enterprise property management systems. This role functions as part of an extended accounting and asset management team, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy, system execution, and adherence to client-specific processes.

What you'll do

• Abstract and input lease data for new leases, amendments, renewals, and terminations into Yardi, MRI, and related systems
• Support CAM, tax, and operating expense estimates and reconciliations, including review of recovery clauses, caps, and base years
• Track and maintain critical dates including expirations, options, escalations, and notice periods
• Support rent roll preparation, validation, and variance analysis in coordination with accounting teams
• Assist with billing setup, manual charges, adjustments, and system-based corrections
