Commercial Lending Servicing Representative

About the role

This role supports accurate and timely loan servicing while helping deliver reliable customer outcomes. The role applies commercial lending knowledge to resolve servicing needs, maintain strong controls, and contribute to operational excellence, risk management, and customer-focused service.

What you'll do

• Complete standard and moderately complex commercial loan servicing activities accurately, within established service levels and assigned authority
• Review loan instructions, approvals, and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established requirements
• Process loan maintenance and servicing requests, perform reconciliations, and resolve routine discrepancies while escalating complex or high-risk matters
• Maintain complete and accurate loan records, approvals, and supporting evidence in accordance with bank policies and controls
• Provide timely updates, collaborate with internal partners, and meet defined quality, productivity, risk, service, and confidentiality expectations

What you need

• 1–4 yrs of experience

• B.Com or BBA
