Commercial Operations Analyst

About the role

This includes ensuring CRM hygeine, providing sales KPI reports, attainment and commission calculations, providing/consolidating forecasts and supporting day to day commercial operations.

What you'll do

• Work with the sales team to ensure CRM system discipline and hygeine is maintained
• Provide reports, dashboards and statistics on KPIs for commercial team – including new business team and existing business team
• Work with Group commercial operations and regional finance team to ensure that the KPIs and metrics provided are following definitions and guidelines
• Calculate quarterly attainment for sales team and assist in commission calculation and payouts
• Assist in preparing materials for various reporting calls to regional and Group management
