About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Commis 1 to join our dynamic culinary team in Visakhapatnam, India. As a Commis 1, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations, supporting our chefs in preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.

What you'll do

• Maintain proper rotation of products in all chillers and storage areas to minimize wastage and spoilage
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment to meet health and safety requirements
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages, demonstrating responsibility and attention to detail
• Support fellow team members in a collaborative manner, actively contributing to a positive kitchen environment
• Ensure storeroom requisitions are accurate and complete, maintaining organized inventory records
