About the role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Commis 2 North Indian to join our culinary team in Kochi, India. In this role, you will work under the guidance of senior chefs to prepare authentic North Indian dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and kitchen organization.

What you'll do

• Maintain mise en place and organize your assigned station for optimal workflow and efficiency
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including tandoors, grills, and cooking ranges
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health standards
• Assist senior chefs with food preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistent quality and taste
