What you'll do

  • Assist Pastry Chef / CDP Pastry in daily pastry and bakery operations
  • Prepare mise en place for desserts, pastries, breads, and baked items
  • Ensure quality, taste, and presentation meet international brand standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of pastry and bakery workstations
  • Follow HACCP, food safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
