Commis - Continental

About the role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Commis - Continental to join our culinary team in Gurugram, India. As a Commis, you will work under the guidance of senior chefs to support daily kitchen operations while developing your skills in continental cuisine preparation.

What you'll do

• Stock and organize the assigned kitchen station with raw materials and ingredients on a daily basis, ensuring efficient workflow
• Prepare food items according to standard recipe cards while maintaining precise portion control and minimizing food wastage
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain all equipment and work surfaces within the food production area to the highest standards
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members to support smooth service and maintain a positive work environment
• Participate in all briefings, meetings, and training sessions as assigned by management
