About the role

Learn and apply basic Halwai techniques under the guidance of experienced chefs.

What you'll do

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for Indian sweets and desserts, including washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring ingredients
• Support senior Halwais in preparing traditional Indian sweets, desserts, and other confectionery items
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in the proper storage and labelling of ingredients, semi-prepared items, and finished products
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours

What you need

• 2–4 yrs of experience
• Food safety
• BHM or Diploma or BBA
