About the role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Commis I (Asian) to join our culinary team in Ahmedabad, India. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will specialize in Asian cuisine, contributing to the creation of authentic and delicious dishes that delight our customers. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards in all aspects of food handling and preparation

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts
• Assist in the preparation of marinades, sauces, and spice blends for Asian specialties
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
• Maintain and operate various Asian kitchen equipment and utensils
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation for Asian cuisine ingredients
