What you'll do
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Tandoor cuisine, including kebabs, naan, roti, and other Indian specialties
- Maintain cost effectiveness by minimizing food wastage and using ingredients efficiently
- Follow HACCP procedures and ensure proper documentation of food safety and hygiene records
- Ensure the highest standards of food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Follow menu plans, recipes, and instructions provided by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef
What you need
- 3–4 yrs of experience
- Food production
- Food safety
- BHM or Diploma or BBA
