Commis II - Bakery & Pastry | Dubai Restaurant

About the role

The ideal candidate should have solid bakery and pastry experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a valued member of the pastry team, the Commis II will work closely with the Head Pastry Chef , Sous Chef , and Chef de Partie to achieve daily production goals, maintain kitchen efficiency, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

What you'll do

• Assist in the preparation and production of bakery and pastry items according to recipes and quality standards
• Prepare ingredients, doughs, batters, fillings, creams, and other pastry components
• Bake, decorate, and present pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts as instructed
• Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the pastry kitchen and workstations

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• Food production
• Food safety
• Diploma
