About the role
As a Commis I / Commis II, you will support the Back of House team in food preparation, mise en place, and daily kitchen operations. You will be responsible for producing dishes to recipe and presentation standards while developing your culinary skills in a fast-paced, premium dining environment.
What you'll do
- Prepare ingredients and mise en place according to recipes and chef instructions
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items while maintaining consistency and quality
- Ensure all dishes are presented to brand standards before leaving the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your assigned section throughout service
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and food presentation guidelines
