About the role

14-18 yrs of exp. in Strategic Sourcing or Commodity Management Program Managers with exp. of Mechanical Categories in Capital Equipment ind.

What you'll do

• Driving end-to-end program management for strategic supply chain and localization initiatives
• Developing and executing annual strategic roadmaps aligned with business growth objectives
• Establishing supplier qualification, selection, and onboarding frameworks to support business objectives
• Defining and tracking performance metrics relating to cost, quality, capacity, and on-time delivery
• Providing executive leadership updates and actionable business insights through data-driven analysis

What you need

• 14–18 yrs of experience
• Process improvement
• B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• Six Sigma
• Root cause analysis
