Raise the standard of business communication across Coditude by assessing, training and tracking employees, and tying their growth to performance.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver communication, accent and soft-skills sessions
- Run communication assessments and build personalized development plans
- Create training content using Canva, Copilot and Gemini
- Maintain frameworks, learning pathways and the session attendance log
- Hold the Growth Sync-Up call (month start) and the Check Growth call (month end)
What you need
- 3–6 yrs of experience
