Community & Content Associate (SaaS)

About the role

You’ll build and run Entropik’s community for researchers across Asia-Pacific and North America. That means growing it across platforms, keeping it active and helpful, and making it a channel we can bring into our other campaigns. Along the way, you’ll learn how outreach, content and marketing fit together, work with sales on customer marketing, and become a face of our video content.

What you'll do

• Build a community of researchers across platforms such as Slack and LinkedIn, so we can bring them into the other campaigns we run
• Bring in new members who can contribute, and welcome each one
• Make sure no question goes unanswered for more than a working day, on any platform
• Post a question, a thought, or a thought-leadership post every week
• Send a weekly digest of the best threads, and flag the ones worth using in other campaigns
