About the role

As a Community Engagement Specialist , you will be at the heart of shaping how Swiss Re India communicates, connects, and grows. This pivotal role blends communications, leadership enablement, and community engagement to strengthen the internal and external positioning of our India locations.

What you'll do

  • Communications & Leadership Positioning
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies tailored to diverse audiences including leadership, functional teams, and broader employee groups
  • Craft compelling narratives , talking points, and content for leadership communications, townhalls, newsletters, and intranet platforms
  • Partner with location leaders to enhance their visibility and positioning through curated messaging, event presence, and stakeholder engagement
  • Community Engagement & Culture Building

What you need
