What you'll do

• Build, grow, and engage the IAC community within assigned city and nearby regions to execute strategic initiatives
• Develop and Maintain strong engagement channels to promote employability programs and IAC initiatives
• Recruit, train, and manage Community Champions and volunteers across colleges ensuring consistent execution in implementing and localizing national campaigns
• Facilitate collaboration between students, faculty, and industry mentors
• Ensure member success and achievement of community goals
