Company Secretary (CS)

About the role

We're looking for a qualified Company Secretary to manage corporate governance, statutory compliance, and secretarial functions for a fast-growing fintech NBFC. This role suits someone early in their PQE who wants hands-on exposure to NBFC/RBI regulatory compliance alongside core company law work.

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations (if applicable), and RBI/NBFC-specific governance norms
• Organize and manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and the Annual General Meeting — agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and filings (MGT, DIR, PAS forms, etc.)
• File requisite forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies (RoC) and other regulatory bodies within timelines
• Assist in drafting board resolutions, agreements, and corporate governance policies
