Company Secretary Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Company Secretary Executive to join our Legal & Compliance team. The role involves handling corporate governance, secretarial compliances, and regulatory filings while ensuring adherence to the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws in a dynamic business environment.

What you'll do

• Maintain statutory registers, records, and minutes of Board Meetings, AGMs, and Committee Meetings
• Prepare and draft agendas, notices, resolutions, and minutes
• Handle timely filing of forms, returns, and other documents with ROC/MCA
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other corporate laws
• Track regulatory updates and implement necessary compliance actions
