About the role

Ensure effective corporate governance and statutory compliance by supporting the Board and its committees, maintaining accurate corporate records, coordinating meetings and resolutions, and overseeing timely regulatory filings across applicable jurisdictions. Coordinate Board, committee and shareholder meetings, including agendas, notices, minutes, resolutions and action trackers.

What you'll do

• Coordinate Board, committee and shareholder meetings, including agendas, notices, minutes, resolutions and action trackers
• Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, constitutional documents and entity information
• Prepare and coordinate annual returns, license renewals and regulatory submissions within applicable deadlines
• Advise stakeholders on governance processes, delegated authorities and corporate secretarial requirements, escalating legal questions to counsel
• Support incorporation, restructuring, director appointments and changes to shareholding with legal and external advisers

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
