About the role

Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, rules, and regulations. Prepare, convene, and coordinate Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs). Draft agendas, board papers, meeting notices, and minutes. Maintain statutory registers, records, and corporate documents.

• File statutory returns, annual reports, and regulatory forms within prescribed timelines

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Corporate law
• Compliance
• Documentation
• Internal audit
• Company Secretary or B.Com or LLB
