Acting as a key interface between secretarial, legal, and business teams Acting as the point of contact for auditors and regulators, ensuring timely resolution of queries Experience managing multiple subsidiaries / entities Prior experience in audit coordination and compliance monitoring Background in real estate, infrastructure, or large corporate groups preferred

What you'll do

• Managing secretarial compliances for multiple private companies (SPVs/subsidiaries)
• Preparing board agendas, minutes, and conducting board/committee meetings
• Handling statutory filings, Companies Act compliance, and regulatory reporting
• Coordinating with external law firms and practicing company secretaries
• Supporting and coordinating internal and external audits across entities
