Company Secretary

About the role

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) with 3–5 years of experience in corporate compliance, legal governance, and company secretarial practices. The ideal candidate should have experience working with startups or high-growth organizations, along with exposure to pre-IPO readiness, IPO-related activities, and post-IPO compliance .

What you'll do

• Corporate Compliance and Governance
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, applicable SEBI regulations, and other relevant corporate laws
• Manage statutory filings with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)
• Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, annual returns, resolutions, and other mandatory documentation
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely completion of statutory and compliance requirements
