What you'll do
- Corporate Governance & Secretarial Functions – Managing statutory and secretarial compliances, board processes, corporate governance requirements
- Legal & Regulatory Affairs – Supporting legal and regulatory matters and coordinating with external legal and compliance advisors
- Finance & Corporate Strategy – Working closely with Finance and leadership on corporate structuring, strategic initiatives, and related matters
- HR & ESOP Administration – Supporting ESOP-related processes, corporate records, and employee-related corporate compliance
- Business Operations & Strategic Projects – Contributing to cross-functional projects and initiatives that have a direct impact on the business
