Company Secretary - Pre-IPO & Regulatory Compliance (Bangalore)

About the role

A qualified company secretary in the experience range of 5-8 years Experience working with a company, which will soon begin its Pre-IPO journey - and will witness the growth related to SEBI regulations, FEMA, and corporate governance frameworks.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end corporate secretarial, governance, and compliance functions
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, FEMA regulations, and other applicable corporate laws
• Conduct and manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, AGMs, and EGMs, including preparation of agendas, resolutions, minutes, and statutory records
• Ensure timely regulatory filings, disclosures, and reporting with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies
• Monitor and implement compliance requirements relating to insider trading, corporate governance, and shareholder-related matters
