What you'll do

• Statutory & Regulatory Compliance (Core Ownership)
• Act Compliance: Ensure complete, proactive compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, Income Tax Act, FEMA/RBI guidelines, and relevant regulations set by SEBI, PMLA
• Board, Shareholder & Governance Management
• Meeting Protocol: Meticulously organize, prepare, and circulate high-quality agendas, notices, and resolutions for all Board, Committee (e.g., CSR, Audit)
• Strategic Legal & Corporate Actions
