What you'll do

• As a part of Centre Excellence in Product development and Engineering, you will
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers, application experts and SAP application experts within the Finance Area
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and career development
• Conduct regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, goal setting, and performance reviews
• Identify and develop future leaders through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning
