Compliance Analyst, Compliance

About the role

In this role, you will support the Compliance function in ensuring adherence to applicable RBI regulations, internal policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory obligations. You will serve as a coordinator within the Compliance Department, driving compliance reviews, regulatory monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and maintenance of compliance records.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams — business, operations, risk, technology
• Conduct compliance testing, prepare management reports, and maintain governance documentation
• No two days are the same — you might be supporting an RBI inspection one day and driving a compliance awareness initiative the next
• Work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and strong follow-through are essential
