Compliance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join the India Compliance team. This is a critical compliance role responsible for providing expert regulatory advice, compliance oversight, challenge, and assurance across Lloyds Technology Centre India.

What you'll do

• Your key responsibilities will be
• Provide timely and pragmatic regulatory advice to business and support functions on the applicability, interpretation, and impact of evolving regulatory requirements
• Act as a trusted compliance partner, supporting the implementation of new regulatory obligations and ensuring alignment with Group Compliance standards
• Deliver effective oversight and constructive challenge to promote compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Lead ongoing regulatory horizon scanning activities to identify emerging regulatory developments and assess potential impacts on LTC

What you need

• 11–20 yrs of experience
• Compliance
• LLB or B.Com or BBA
