About the role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. The role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, drafting policies and procedures, and conducting compliance testing and risk assessments.
What you'll do
- Monitor regulatory changes and updates; prepare summaries for management
- Draft, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks
- Conduct compliance testing and risk assessments across departments
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, with a focus on RBI guidelines
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to meet audit requirements
What you need
