About the role
We're looking for someone who has: Knowledge of compliance processes within Financial Services. The ability to operate effectively within a lean team, without the support of a large compliance function Direct engagement with the founder and the investment team Broad exposure across compliance, fund operations and investor onboarding within an international fund platform.
What you'll do
- Ensure compliance with the IFSCA (Fund Management) Regulations, 2025, and all applicable circulars, directions and guidelines issued by IFSCA
- Review investor onboarding documentation, including KYC/AML, FATCA and CRS requirements, prior to the acceptance of subscription
