Compositing Supervisor

About the role

Lead the compositing team and take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects, ensuring creative quality, production efficiency, and timely delivery. Provide strong creative and technical direction on complex, challenging, and high-quality shots while maintaining project standards. Mentor and guide Team Leads and Senior Artists, supporting their technical, creative, and leadership development.

What you'll do

• Lead the compositing team and take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects, ensuring creative quality, production efficiency, and timely delivery
• Provide strong creative and technical direction on complex, challenging, and high-quality shots while maintaining project standards
• Mentor and guide Team Leads and Senior Artists, supporting their technical, creative, and leadership development
• Identify and develop high-performing Senior Artists as potential backup Team Leads and future leadership talent
• Maintain and continuously improve the 2D library, ensuring its effective utilization across production

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
