Compressor Structures Technical Leader

About the role

As a Technical Leader – Mechanical Component, you will lead the technical execution of design engineering work for Compressor Structures components. The role owns delivery across New Product Introduction (NPI), Product Cost Management, Fleet/Repair support, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), ensuring solutions meet expectations for safety, quality, reliability, manufacturability, cost, and schedule.

• Provide technical leadership to a team in a matrixed environment and work cl
• Own end-to-end execution and delivery of assigned Compressor Structures Components work, aligned to business and engineering priorities
• Coordinate execution through the applicable stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring technical readiness, alignment, and timely closure at each phase
• Prepare for and lead or support technical reviews with Controlled Title Holders (CTHs) , ensuring review readiness and timely closure of actions
