Computer Operator

About the role

The Computer Operator is responsible for routine data entry, record-keeping, printing, and basic computer-related support tasks for the school office. The role requires accuracy, familiarity with common software applications, and the ability to handle day-to-day administrative computer work reliably.

What you'll do

• Enter, update, and maintain student and staff records in the school management software
• Type, format, and print letters, circulars, notices, and other office documents as required
• Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers, and troubleshoot minor issues
• Maintain and organize digital files and folders in an accessible and orderly manner
• Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and lists as directed by the administration
